Helping consumers access
individualized services and supports from their budget is something
PPL takes pride in. We conduct annual consumer satisfaction
surveys to find out how we are meeting agency and consumer
needs. A ten question survey, with several open ended questions
sometimes followed by a telephone interview, has proven to
be an effective tool for PPL to assess its processes and performance,
and to learn what should be improved.
Most surveys reveal consumer
satisfaction at 90% and higher. Most all consumers would recommend
PPL to a friend seeking consumer direction.
