Overview

The Personal Care Attendant program serves participants throughout Massachusetts who are members of MassHealth or CommonHealth. The Personal Care Attendant program helps people who need assistance with activities of daily living.

Participants can

• Hire, train, and dismiss their Personal Care Attendants
• Manage their Personal Care Attendants' work schedules
• Submit timesheets online using the BetterOnline™ web portal
• Monitor their spending online whenever they want
