Overview
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education / Department of Developmental Services (DESE/DDS) program serves participants throughout Massachusetts who receive services through the Department for Developmental Services. DESE/DDS helps youth with special needs transition from school to living more independently in the community for. Participants and their families are able to hire service providers and purchase a range of goods and services within an approved budget.
