The annual NJ DDD Self-Direction Option Participant Survey is now open. We ask for only a 3 minutes of your time to help us improve our program for you.
Public Partnerships will partner with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities to serve as the fiscal intermediary for the Division's Supports Program, Interim Program, and Community Care Waiver (CCW) Program.

Public Partnerships is excited to partner with the Division of Aging Services to serve as the fiscal intermediary for the Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC), the Participant-Employed Provider (PEP) program.
Public Partnerships is excited to announce it is now able to process payments to all Self-Directed Employees (SDEs) for time spent completing the required pre-enrollment training courses taken since the beginning of the program (July 2017).
